Helmibond 859

Helmibond 859 is a two-part water-borne polyurethane adhesive used for membrane pressing or vacuum forming PVC foils in the manufacture of kitchen cabinet doors, furniture components and other 3D applications.  It is used in conjunction with Hardener 560 to provide increased heat and water resistance.  This is a workhorse product that has a large window of operation.

It is used in conjunction with Hardener 560 to provide increased heat and water resistance.

Helmitin Hardener 560 is an isocyanate cross-linking agent used to increase water resistance, heat resistance and bond strength. It is used in conjunction with water-borne polyurethane dispersions such as Helmibond 859 and 866.
